Considerate Governance

No plan to ban 'anti-teen' device

The headline says it all.

The fact that it was considered is worrying though. Are teens that much of a problem? No!

...the Mosquito devices, which can cause discomfort to youngsters' ears, should be "a last resort" against anti-social behaviour.

Removing the ability to use tools like Mosquitoes will make life harder for retailers that face real problems. James Lowman, Association of Convenience Stores.

These devices, legislation and their use seems business driven, as is frequently the case.

Teenagers can sit happily this evening knowing that they will not be banned this year.
