We at Secret Teachings wondered why Putin was named man of the year, we now know - money talks.
The cash starved population in Russia will be happy to know the ex chief FSB (KGB) now President of Russian Federation is looking after it for them.
Stanislav Belkovski, Russian political analyst, estimated Putin's capital to be about $40 billion. In an interview to the German magazine Die Welt he claimed that Vladimir Putin is a major businessman in Russia, as he is the holder of 37% "Surgutneftgaz" stocks, which is estimated to be worth $20 billion. In addition, the Russian President also holds 4.5% of "Gazprom" stocks and 50% of the oil trading company "Gunvor", which had an $8 billion income last year and $40 billion turnover. Mr. Belkovski also mentioned that Mr. Putin's representative in "Gunvor" is a close friend of him - Gennady Timchenko.
Putins father was not overheard to say, 'I’m pleased for the lad… he started networking on his Sunday Morning paper round and I guess it paid off.‘ He really has worked hard for these $40Billion Oil shares.
