World Petrol Prices

At present the Secret-Teachings crew are 15 miles from the northern tip of Venezuela and rumor has it petrol prices are just 5 cents a litre across the water from Aruba where the slogan is 'One happy Island'. In Venezuela it must be one happy country for the transport industry so we did a check.

Although Chavez is not a liked man in American political circles for obvious sulpher based statements we would bet his pricing policy on petrol would be more than welcomed anywhere in the world.
